Ah, chicken butt. You know, I really do think that some foods need to have nice-sounding names to work right. For example, in the US Midwest, there's a famous (or maybe infamous) food called Rocky Mountain oysters. It sounds innocent, right? Our 'O' song is even about oysters, there's nothing crazy there! Except that Rocky Mountain Oysters are not small shellfish that live in the water. Oysters live in the ocean, and the Rocky Mountains go through the middle of the US and Canada, so there's no ocean in sight. So what are Rocky Mountain oysters? They are actually bull testicles. And yes, some people do eat them, but they're not that popular. Now, can you guess why they're called oysters and not testicles? Well, probably for the same reason that chicken butt is called qīlǐxiāng in Taiwan. It sounds much easier to eat with a different name! Unfortunately we haven't chosen a more appetizing name for chicken butt in English. Do you have any suggestions? Maybe Taiwan Treats? Or Chicken Delights? 啊，雞屁股．你知道嗎？我真的認為有一些食物需要有好聽的名字才能賣得好．例如，在美國中西部有一個著名的（或者應該說是臭名的才對）食物叫做洛磯山脈蚵仔．聽起來很無辜，對吧？甚至連我們Ｏ之歌也是關於蚵仔，完全沒什麼奇怪的啊！除了洛磯山蚵仔其實不是生活在水中的小貝類．蚵仔生活在海水哩，但洛磯山脈穿過美國和加拿大的中部，因此哪裡都看不到海洋．那麼洛磯山蚵仔到底是甚麼食物？事實上，洛磯山蚵仔是公牛的睪丸．而且，雖然它們不是特別受歡迎，但確實還是有人喜歡吃．那麼，你能猜出為甚麼它們被稱為蚵仔而不是睪丸嗎？這個應該跟雞屁股在台灣叫七里香的原因是一樣的，用不同的名字就讓我們吃這些東西輕鬆多了！不幸的是，我們目前還沒有為英語中的雞屁股發明一個更開胃的名字．你有甚麼建議嗎？Taiwan Treats （台灣享受）或許可以？還是Chicken Delights （雞樂趣）？如果你有甚麼點子可以發給我，也許我們可以給台灣夜市和路邊攤提個建議！在那時之前，快來拿你的雞屁股吧！（記得看網頁最下面的地方就可以找到歌曲的和絃囉！）
